Varuna Cable System represents a pioneering initiative in the development of private fiber optic backbone infrastructure, dedicated to democratizing broadband access across diverse regions. Spanning from eastern Java to Bali, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, Selayar, South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, East Kalimantan, IKN, South Kalimantan, and Bawean Island, our network extends over approximately 4,296 km of fiber optic cables.
As a backbone infrastructure, Varuna Cable System envisions widespread community utilization, necessitating collaborative engagement with telecommunication service providers to establish accessible connections. By fostering partnerships and leveraging our robust backbone, we empower these providers to extend network access from Varuna Cable System to end-users.
Our ambitious timeline aims to culminate in the project’s completion by the end of 2026, linking several big cities in Central region of Indonesia. Varuna Cable System is committed to bridging the digital divide and fostering socio-economic development through enhanced connectivity.
